Clients wanted a comfortable, safe and contemporary outdoor environment in harmony with landscaping and the home's architectural clean lines. 1-The honed-slate tile pool decking and edging provide a non-slip surface that's cool for bare feet in summer. 2-An outdoor shower for two is easily accessed from the spa and pool. The spa is heated separately from the pool and accommodates 6-8 people.3-The rectangular wood burning fire pit has a metal screen wall water feature that is visible from the family room as well. The fire pit doubles as a table for outdoor eating. The furniture shapes accommodate a diversity of views, conversation arrangements, and relaxation preferences for family and social events.

1-The sound of water tumbling over this boulder water feature sends a message of laughter and authenticity.
2-Here water is more formal. It drapes over the steps like strings of crystal beads.
3-Water bubbling on a miller's wheel evokes the country side or a meditative Zen garden.
